2009 National Team Trials/Fight-off

36 Males 38 Females will compete for spot in the USA National Team. The fight-off will take place in Austin, TX. on April 24, 2009.

The best athletes in the sport of Taekwondo including two times Olympic gold medal Steven Lopez and others will compete in this event. We are proud to have one athlete representing the State of Illinois. Cornelia Torres 2008 US Nationals Gold Medal and 2nd place in National Team Qualifier last January in Colorado Spring, CO. at the Olympic Training Center.
